Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on beautiful Calle 38 is designed for guests who want to be close to everything while still having the comfort and space of a home. Both bedrooms have king beds, making the condo especially comfortable for two couples, friends or a family of up to four.

Spend the morning by the rooftop pool, walk to nearby cafés and restaurants for lunch, explore Fifth Avenue, or head to the beach. When you’re ready to relax, come home to your private balcony, comfortable living area and air conditioning.

Staying longer? The condo is well equipped for extended stays with a full kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, Smart TV, washer and dryer, and plenty of space to settle in.

Guests also have access to the rooftop pool, gym, sauna and BBQ area. Free underground parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

One of the best parts of staying here is the location. Calle 38 is one of Playa del Carmen’s most attractive streets, with restaurants, cafés, shops, Fifth Avenue and the Caribbean within walking distance. You can enjoy Playa without needing a car for your everyday outings.

Because this is a central location, you may occasionally hear passing cars and motorcycles, including at night. Some vehicles can be louder than expected, but the condo is not in a party environment.

Maximum occupancy is four registered guests. No parties, smoking, vaping or pets.
