This beautiful 3-bedroom residence is situated in a quiet and secluded area beautifully surrounded by marvelous mountain views and Pine trees. Pinecone Chalet is located in a privileged position in Platres village, one of the most popular wine villages on the southern slopes of the Troodos Mountains.

The property is built in two levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The ground floor features a large open plan living room and kitchen area, with direct access to a covered patio and lovely garden/BBQ area. A toilet room is also sited on the ground floor as well as a cozy fireplace area for the winter nights.

The first floor includes a master double bedroom, and a twin bedroom and both rooms benefit of shared balcony, where magnificent sunset views can be enjoyed. A double bedroom is also situated on the first floor and all bedrooms share toilet and shower facilities.

Outside, the Chalet looks out to fabulous views and has a spacious patio area to enjoy the sunny days and cooler nights during summertime.
The barbeque and covered patio area are surrounded with gorgeous, maintained gardens.
The barbeque area is shared with the other two apartments of the Pinecone complex.
The outdoor area is fully equipped with comfortable sitting space, dining table, bar and barbeque area, perfect for an alfresco dining with friends and family.

**For central heating there is an extra charge of 40 euros per day. The service has to be booked and paid in advance**
