« Points positifs : Séjour très agréable, super appartement . Bémol : de la poussiere au niveau de la ventilation. Point négatif : Pas de réception sur les lieux même de l´appart'hôtel, j'ai donc dû les appeler et attendre 20mn dans le froid à mon arrivée pour recevoir par sms les instructions pour rentrer dans l'appart bien que j'avais prévenu de mon heure d'arrivée. D'ailleurs la réception ne parle pas français. »

« Room was very clean, had a washing machine and kitchen as well as a small sitting area. Great location 5 minute walk from Wawel castle and close to shopping and restaurants. A little tricky to find but well worth the stay. Apartment could have used blackout curtains as the sun comes up very early in the summer. »

« This was the cutest place I've stayed at in all of Poland. It has a great location in the square, very tidy and cute, private and we truly enjoyed our time there. It has a nice grocery store downstairs (a real one not a Zapka) and close to everything. It was a pleasure to stay there and hopefully we will stay there again next summer. »

« We got excellent communication from the host regarding check-in. The only thing that tripped us up was that the apartment is higher up the stairs than apartment 5. Because the apartment has 4 in the name I assumed I was in the incorrect place. If this could be highlighted it would be the perfect check-in process.
