« There was no working tv and no one on the premises to help. There was construction out side the building and they started running a jackhammer at 5 am. Drunk football fans keep us up till 3 am partying. »

« It started with the check in issue. When I received the welcome email, it never said to do all 3 steps BEFORE getting to the property. As we stood in the freezing cold trying to get into the building, I had to call CozySuites to get access AFTER I paid the deposit (which is usually collected at my arrival). After we finally got into the building, we realized that this was NOT a hotel, there was no staff and there were no amenities (that we knew of). The building was filthy, and there was...
