This 30m2 studio with balcony is fully equipped and able to accommodate 2 persons. The flat is situated in the area of Kolymbari, popular for its crystal clear waters and the seaside fish taverns. The flat features a comfy queen sized bed, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with shower.

The flat is situated in the town of Kolymbari. Within walking distance you will find a range of shops such as bakeries, butchers and supermarkets. You will also find a pharmacy and ATMs. There is a bus stop offering daily and regular routes to Chania. Taxi service is also available. On the seaside promenade, there are plenty of restaurants famous for their fresh fish and local cuisine as well as cafes and beach bars. Additionally, the greater area is famous for the crystal clear sandy beaches of Balos and Falasarna, located just a short driving distance away.

Also don’t miss the chance to visit the nearby picturesque villages of Spilia, Marathokefala or Vouves. Elafonisi and Kedrodasos are located to the southwest and to the south there is Paleochora, Sougia, and many more wonderful destinations.

The nearest beaches are either Kolymbari beach (1km) or Tavronitis beach (3,9km) or Nopigia beach (10km). Additionally, the greater area is famous for the crystal clear sandy beaches of Balos, Falasarna, and Elafonisi, located just a short driving distance away. Half an hour away from central Chania and the cosmopolitan Venetian harbor!
