« The place is dated and some areas like steps are in dire need of repair, however, what impressed us were the staff as they would go out of their way to really accommodate our needs. Service is top notch. Our families enjoyed swimming in the pools while my besties and I get to have our quality time catching up to news. »

« Very convenient to eating and shopping »

« If you ask same breakfast its never the same either quantity low or with or without veggie »

« Very nice little property off of AH 26, my wife and I stayed there for just one night, and i was really impressed for the price. The food menu is great as well with extremely good prices. The bathrooms were fantastic, if it had a refrigerator that would make it 5/5. Would stay again »

« Staff were kind. The hotel seems old. »

« Room clean but needs some refreshment. Breakfast ok »

« La circulation de la rue devant l’hôtel est très bruyante. Pas de bouteilles d’eau fournies. Pas de serviettes à mains fournies. L’Hôtel est vieux et aurait besoin de rénovations. Prix trop cher pour ce que l’hôtel a à offrir. »

« Chambre propres et confortable. Eau chaude, air climatisé, draps et douillet, lit et oreiller confortable, ascenseur, wifi, stationnement interieur. Rien de negatif a dire »

« Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended! »

« Poor sanitation, smelly room like urine, very poor service. Blanket is a flimsy bedsheet, towels are beach towels...wirh big yellow stripes. Nobody listened to my concerns. I checked out instead even though i knew I wouldn't get a refund for my second night. Microtel by Wyndham in San Fernando is the best. I stayed there for 4 days and highly recommended. »
