Chalets à Plantersville

« They were flexible about our later arrival after a minor travel snafu and cell phone text messages being uncooperative. It's a lovely off-the-beaten-path location and totally perfect for the Ren Faire crowd, too! »

« They had just moved the cabin and had sewer gas coming out of the pipes, dead bugs all over the stove and kitchen. A hole in the floor. Rude neighbors that blasted music into early morning hours. No dumpster to dispose of trash. Furniture was in poor shape and the bed was like sleeping on a bolder. There was mold on in the ceiling in the bathroom. We couldn’t come and go as we wanted without someone staring and watching us or asking what we were doing there. Absolutely horrible experience and I...

« Clean space great host fun stay »

« Unit is infested with roaches. Serious plumbing issues. Checked in on Friday evening. Downstairs toilet clogged. Roaches everywhere! Big ones, little ones. Three retired Army vets, we were keeping score. Winner got 20 kills. I had a big one my suitcase. Took a couple of tries, but got it. Two dropped from the ceiling. When I say "infested" I am not joking. Then the maintenance guy came Saturday morning to unclog the downstairs toilet. This has been an ongoing issue with the unit,...

« Very peaceful getaway place. Staff was always available with text response within the minute and reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you would like a cozy and relaxing place. Look forward to our next stay. »

« Coffee was good. However, the breakfast was subpar. »

« This was a no frills, clean establishment, The breakfast is sufficient to help get your day started, but a small variety. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The facility is starting to show its age but safe and functional. »

« Doute sur la propreté des draps »

« Room was quiet. The place is in desperate need of new furniture and linens. Staff was nice. No coffee or breakfast. Not in great part of town. I was glad I was not alone. Would not stay there again. »

« Staff was very nice, the room was clean and the price was somewhat reasonable. »

« It is an excellent property. Very clean and staff very helpful. The only bad thing is you can hear the trains. It’s too close to the train tracks. It wakes you up at night. The hotel though, is magnificent. »

« Good centralized motel from town. Room does what it’s supposed to do. »

« Charming B&B, we were met by Scott the manager as we effortlessly checked in. Room was very comfortable and clean. We will come back again! »

« The room smelled like mold and mildew. The carpet was patched up No where near professional or neat the bathroom had rust spots and pure nasty. The bed was hard and pillows were harder. The wall Where the ac is was completely coming apart and water damaged the ac never cooled down the refrigerator never cooled down and could not place medication in there. Went to get coffee and there were tiny black bugs crawling on counter. Staff never said anything to us or asked us how our stay was. ...

« Dirty room, bad smell, lots of dust and long hair in the very old looking bathroom, noisy AC, shower head with no pressure, dirty windows … I really enjoy best western venues in general, this one was, by far, the worst I’ve been to »

« Mostly amenities were closed. Had flies and bugs in the room.. »
