« Great first time experience on a houseboat. The location was perfect with access to a Cuban coffee shop and the excellent Old Tavernier restaurant. The boat was clean and well layed out. Heidi is the best VRBO host I have ever had. She is supper attentive and includes many items to support your stay (E.g. beach towels, sun screen, etc.). Thank you Heidi for a great experience! »

« Loved this place and will stay again if we go back to the Keys. Gated community with golf cart to go to the pier with great community resources, grills and sitting areas. Favorite part was the lagoon in the middle of the community not far from the screened in back porch. Full of fish you can swim with and calm beach area that is clean and nice with shade when you need it. We didn’t want to leave this place. Highly recommend!! »

« Townhouse was perfect. Plenty of room for groups to spread out. We found the kitchen well stocked with the essentials and the grill worked great. Location was convenient. We enjoyed the main pool. It was definitely resort style with plenty of room. Having tight front gate security was a plus. No worries about things walking off. Would definitely consider for future trips. »
