« Newer hotel and convenient to get to off the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Nice breakfast area and good selection. From the Time we stepped into the lobby until we left the entire staff was helpful and courteous. Huge indoor pool/hot tub area. Great place to stay in between Green Bay and Appleton. Will definitely stay there again. »

« The facility was poorly laid out. Our room was poorly lit. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay but did not receive housekeeping service. We had to seek additional coffee supplies due to no housekeeping service. There were a lot of attractions within walking distance of hotel. The parking was not convenient to hotel which was across the street. It was difficult to bring our luggage from parking garage to check-in (front desk) »

« The beds were very comfortable. The remote was old and just about worn out. No fan in bathroom. Very humid in the room after showers. »

« The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink. »

« Everything was great for most part. Bathroom sink woundnt drain I told the morning staff the 1st day but I don’t think it got passed along. I was there 4 days and 3 nights and it was never resolved. »

« la chambre était convenable, mais c'est bien la seule chose. Nous avons été surpris de devoir payer une caution (?) à notre arrivée. Deux personnes étaient assises par terre dans les couloirs à écouter de la musique, d'autres préfèrent sortir de leur chambre pour téléphoner dans le couloir, aucune de ces personnes ne parlait anglais (l'hotel est pourtant situé aux USA). des camions garés sur le parking font tourner leur moteur jusqu'à minuit. le parking et ses alentours sont remplis de gens qui...

« We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place. »

« Booked through Expedia, had the paperwork and the confirmation and Ho Jo said they had no record. Then wouldn’t engage with Expedia to give Me my money back. Two calls and over an hour Eventually got most of my money back but still have to call back again to get the insurance back. Guessing HoJo got a better offer for the room(s) as there were others affected. Super inconvenient. In town for an event ended up staying an hour away and missed some of the event. »
