« Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor »

« Good »

« Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...

« Avoid at all costs stained sheets, grubby towels, dirty floors, no fridge, no safe, far from Benaulim beach with no taxis nearby »

« Nice relaxing few days. Comfortable rooms with good a/c. Great pool, well maintained. Location OK but a 20 minute walk to Colva beach along busy roads. Very helpful staff. »

« Just all round, bad service. No one to clean the room, refresh the bins. Had breakfast included for 1 week... Tried 3 times to have breakfast... I just gave up. I just went somewhere else because I was already waiting+25 minutes on all 3 occasions. I've had food in the restaurant in front. It's all dry and reheated »

« The only thing about the hotel is the fridge doesn’t work n they keep leaving water everyday. We have stayed here twice but the pool this time wasn’t very clean. »

« A safe and quiet place to stay »
