« I had an amazing stay! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Their organization and quick responses made my experience stress-free. A special thanks to Shariq, who was a standout during my visit. He was extremely easy to reach, always available to provide recommendations, answer any question, and offer assistance whenever needed. He organized a fantastic turtle and shark excursion that truly enhanced my trip. I absolutely loved the place and canât wait to return! »
« Como Cocoa is paradise on earth. This is now our favourite resort and we canât wait to return. The resort is stunning with all rooms sitting over the water in the beautiful lagoon. The house reef is exceptional and the dive staff were knowledgeable and safe. The staff are friendly and professional, often greeting you by name, and are clearly happy in their work. Special mention goes to the chef, who makes the most delicious food and is very accommodating with the menu choices. »
« I had a pleasant stay at Alaika Hotel in Maafushi. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are very professional. Everything was well-organized, and I felt taken care of throughout my stay. Maafushi is also the most active and tourist-friendly island I visited, with plenty of activities, restaurants, and excursions available.
One small downside: there are only two rooms upstairs that get natural light, and unfortunately, we didnât get one of them. Still, it didnât take away from the...

"My experience at Ocean Retreat & Spa was overall disappointing. While the hotel is clean and initially felt welcoming, that impression quickly faded. The manager was very warm and friendly when we arrived, but his attitude changed drastically once the payment was madeâhe became cold, distant, and uninterested. It was clear that he was more focused on profit than on guest satisfaction.
As for the island of Guraidhoo, itâs quiet but thereâs very little to do. It might be suitable for a short stopover, but I wouldnât recommend staying here for your entire vacation unless youâre looking for a very slow-paced, uneventful stay. Other islands like Maafushi offer a far richer and more engaging experience."
