« Bon hôtel avec un mall à côté »

« I was suprised to see a hostel that is not falling from a 4 star hotel. The area is nice , with place to walk seat nice gardens, all is clean and well maintained. Sleeping was amazing , its quiet and the mettress is very good , the room was modern and good looking and the plus that you can take rooms was see view balcony. The hostel located on high point so you always can find good spots to seat and relax around the propety and have great air and sea view! Great place I really loved it. Allot of...

« Air conditioning was very sub--par »

« Stayed several nights with my family. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and good selections. Room was comfortable. Definitely would recommend to upgrade / renovate as it’s old but all functional. The best was the location and walking distance to the promenade, restaurants, zoo, etc. and the view of the beautiful city of Haifa. Will return here on our next visit »

« The good: location and view. Right on the beach. The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same...

« Our stay at Zidan Sarai Suite was incredible. We have traveled a lot and this is one of the most unique places we have stayed. The owner, Zidan, has done an amazing job in renovating his family’s place. No detail was overlooked to ensure his guests would have a memorable experience. Zidan met us at the property, gave us a tour of the suite along with the history of the building. Both, Zidan and his suite, are special. We will return to Acre just to stay here again. Thank you, Zidan, for...
