The primary suite on the second floor is a true retreat, featuring a King bed which looks to a private deck, an oversized closet, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom with a jetted bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Additional bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort, space, and a relaxed island feel throughout. Also on the second floor is the first guest bedroom which has a Queen bed as well as its own private deck, and ensuite with closet. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has a bunk style Queen bed as well as a Full bed, perfect for kids or extras who enjoy sharing a space.

The home includes a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and a dishwasher, seamlessly connected to a spacious open-plan living and lounge area. The large lounge is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, complete with a large-screen TV for movie nights or downtime.
