  • Stunning villa situated directly on the Carribean, at the edge of Maya Beach. Very spacious, open floor plan. 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 outdoor showers. Two spacious indoor living areas. Modern design with sliding glass doors to the patio and pool area.

    Backyard has an infinity pool with swim up bar and sunken BBQ grill. Expansive rooftop patio with views of the ocean, lagoon, and mountains.

    Kayaks, bicycles, paddle boards, outdoor ping pong, yard games, and sand volleyball included.

    Your stay includes a personal chef, daily housekeeping and onsite house manager / groundskeeper.

    200ft pier with huge palapa. The palapa has a bar, sun loungers, seating , 2 swim platforms, 2 over water hammocks and another hammock on deck. There is minimal sargassum on the beach area.

    5 bedroooms: 2 masters w/ king beds and outdoor showers, 3 guest suites w/ queen beds, All with ensuite showers. Pull out couch. 2 rollaway cots. Crib upon request.

    Staff quarters on property.

    You will not be disappointed in this 5 star property.

This house was amazing! It was even better than the pictures, with beautiful bedrooms each with an ensuite bath and a large main living area to gather. Communication with the owner was great and the onsite staff (Ovi) made the arrival, check in, and entire stay so easy. Patrick's food was wonderful. We loved spending time relaxing out on the pier, floating in the pool, and out in the kayaks. Thank you for an amazing stay!

If you are reading this review: I am the previous owner. I am proud to say we hosted this house for 5 years. Nothing but 5star amazing reviews. I am attaching the last 2 reviews left by my last guest in Augsut. We never had a complaint. When booking this property , be prepared to have an amazing vacation with the best service and amenties!!!! You will not be disappointed!!! *****Great place, the staff were amazing. The house had everything we needed and had enough room for 13 of us. Location was great. Everything we could have hoped for. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure the whole family had a great time. From excursions to especially the chef Patrick it was 5 stars.*****Everything was amazing from arrival to departure. This place was prestige and beautiful. Chef Patrick was WOW! so accommodating to our family and needs. The food was simply amazing. Ovi was always available for anything at all and kept the grounds and pool immaculate. Dominga had the inside spotless . So many coolSpots to hang out and enjoy.
