Vaste espace de vie extérieur, breezeways, plage privée et piscine, ponts d'observation. Cuisine entièrement équipée, carrelage saltillo et planchers de bois franc Belizean. Aires de repas intérieures et extérieures.

Vous arrivez à un grand ruisseau de tuiles Saltillo avec une piscine et une terrasse sur la plage privée de sable blanc. A l'intérieur se trouve une buanderie et un espace de rangement. L'étage est le salon principal avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Profitez de la vue imprenable sur l'océan de chacun des espaces de vie ainsi que la véranda extérieure qui court le long de la maison donnant sur votre plage et l'océan. Portes françaises mènent de la salle de séjour et de la chambre principale à la grande véranda couverte. De la véranda est un escalier en colimaçon menant à une terrasse privée sur le toit avec une vue magnifique sur l'arrière-baie, les montagnes et les couchers de soleil.

C'est la plus belle région de la péninsule et est idéalement situé à moins de 2 miles au nord de Maya Beach où vous trouverez des épiceries, de grands restaurants et des bars. Nous sommes loin du bruit et de la poussière de Placencia Village, mais il est facile 15 minutes en voiture sur la route nouvellement pavée du village où vous trouverez de nombreux magasins, restaurants, bars de plage, des stands de légumes et de la musique.

The perfect Belizean getaway! This home is beautifully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay near Placencia. The owner’s communication was excellent, and Leo, the property manager, and his staff went above and beyond—whether it was arranging tours or helping us with bikes, they were always there to assist. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

The perfect location

Casa de la Vista is situated just outside of Maya Beach in a relatively quiet part of Placencia. It is close to several good restaurants, and getting to the local towns is super-easy.The house is perfect for families (we are a family of 5, including 3 teenage boys). Easy access to the beach, nice pool, plenty of space to relax.Beautiful area. Great vacation property.

A wonderful 50th birthday trip with friends

Rejuvenated

Everything was as it was said to be. The location was close enough to town but far enough away. The owner has thought of everything. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board everyday. We went to the waterfalls, mayan ruins and even cave tubing. There were quite a few options for meals if you didn't feel like cooking. Thank you for a lovely adventure. We will definitely try and come back.everyday

2 weeks in Paradise

We stayed here for the second year in a row and enjoyed it even more than the first time. We love the location and proximity to some great restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed grilling and eating at the home. The view is spectacular and never gets old.

Amazing views

We enjoyed sitting on the veranda every night playing cards. The view from this home is amazing! The house was equipped with everything we needed. We had a couple small issues but I told Christine about them and she was very responsive. Loved the waterfalls, snorkeling and highly recommend goingTo King Louies Island.

Beautiful property with stunning view’s PARADISE

This was 50th birthday trip. The property is clean very spacious and well equipped for cooking in home. However, the food around the area was delicious. Leo the property manager on site made all of our reservations for ruins, fishing, and what ever else we requested. We caught red snapper and snook then Leo had 2 wonderful ladies come prepare it at the house for my birthday dinner. Highly recommend this property

Unbelizeable!! 50th birthday celebration

Everything was great! We spent most of our time at the tranquility resort celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday. The house had everything we needed for a great stay in Belize. Definitely get a golf cart if you don’t have transportation, it was a fun way to get around. The only minor issue we had was the 3rd bedroom was more like a converted sunroom with shutters and very small with very little storage space, but the couple that stayed in there loved it. I just didn’t notice it in the photos. The balcony was definitely our favorite!!! It was beautiful and had the best view for morning coffee. Would definitely rent this house again! Thank you for sharing with us! :)

The Perfect Home Away From Home!

Upon arrival, we found the property to be even more picturesque and beautiful than the photos showed! Also, the rooms were much bigger than we imagined and the kitchen had everything needed even for a larger grouo our size. The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable for a very relaxing and enjoyable week. Our family enjoyed the pool which was private and inviting. We also loved using the kayaks and paddleboards which to us was like icing on a cake! We would defintely highly recommend this property to anyone going to Belize and we would defintely stay here again the next time we travel to Belize!! Thank you, Christine, for being an awesome hostess!!

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The house is very comfortable. Traveled with spouse and another couple. We stayed in the master bedroom that overlooks the ocean and woke up to the sound of the ocean. The Master has its own bathroom. The other couple stayed in a back bedroom and used the main bath. They said they were very comfortable. The upper deck was great for coffee in the morning. The lower deck with the pool is great in the afternoon and evening - covered and breezy. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful visit at Casa De La Vista! This was our second stop after a visit in the jungle and we were very much looking forward to staying on the beach. The house is directly on the Beach and the view is right off of a postcard. Truly magnificent. It was HOT when we were there and we all (2 adults/2 boys) used the pool every single day. The pool was magnificent because it is covered and offered some relief from the extreme heat while you also get to enjoy the beach view. The house itself was wonderful - I loved the tile flooring and the layout of the porches and decks. It was very well appointed with plenty of beach/bathroom/kitchen towels. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver after staying in the jungle. The kitchen had everything you would need, plenty of glassware and cookware. The air conditioned worked well. The manager was on point - the WiFi went out during our stay and the manager immediately called the internet company to come troubleshoot - they had it fixed that day after several visits. Leo - the manager - also helped organize a rental car and excursions, and was easy to reach and communicate with. Lots of good restaurants nearby. It was a truly lovely stay and I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay in Placencia!

My family of 4 (myself, husband, and teen daughter/son) had a wonderful stay in the Plasencia area of Belize! The house was immaculate and well furnished! The owner, Christine, was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process! The property manager, Leo, was outstanding! He and his family/employees were very hospitable the whole week, helpful with travel arrangements, as well as setting up private excursions for our family throughout the week! We would definitely recommend this property, location, and vacation!

Just what we needed!

Awesome communication with the home owner from start to finish. Very accommodating with date adjustments thanks to hurricane Beryl. Great property, can’t beat having the beach 75 feet from your deck! Property manager was was super helpful with setting up excursions, highly recommend the Mayan ruin with private tour guide, pick up from the house and lunch was very easy and stress free. Will recommend property to anyone who asks!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

This property was amazing! We spent 7 nights with our two grown boys and had a blast. The home was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for an enjoyable week in Belize. My husband and I loved waking up to the amazing views from the master bedroom and spent a lot of time relaxing on the hammocks in the breezeway. The paddle boards were enjoyed by all. I can’t get over how calm the water was and how beautiful the beach was. On our last night we could seen manatees just beyond the pier. We also saw many birds, lizards and crabs and my son saw two small stingrays on the coast. Placencia was a lovely town with many good restaurants and several stores where we bought eggs and breakfast basics. Tutti Fruitti gelato was to die for and the bakery nearest the house was also amazing. We ate several times at maya beach bistro and the green parrot. We also enjoyed the monkey river cruise, snorkeling and reef fishing and a tour of the cockscomb basin area. All in all it was a wonderful trip with a very comfortable home away from home for the week!!
