This is a "walk in & say wow" property. It was completely gutted & remodeled in a multi-year restoration. We preserved the original brick & wood where possible - even beams from the lofted ceiling were used to recreate the stairs! With huge lofted ceilings, a massive bathroom, tub, sliding barn doors, and more, you'll be thrilled choosing our place!

Key Ts & Cs (but not limited to) are listed below.
1. Smoking of any type, of any product, is not permitted in the Property. A minimum $1,000 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside. Smoking outside with all doors & windows closed is permitted, with all butts properly disposed of.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, additional guests are permitted only with prior notice. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Host allows children with the following stipulations: Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'child proofing' and inspection of child-related amenities. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
6. Pets are not permitted; any pet being "snuck" into the house will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Service animals are welcome, but per ADA laws, they must never be left behind unattended. ESAs do not qualify as a Service animal and must be registered as a pet.
7. Cleaning fees are paid to assure Guest's arrival to a clean property, not to clean up post-checkout "messes." While we don't ask or expect Guests to clean prior to leaving, we do expect reasonable cleanliness standards followed - garbage thrown away, spills cleaned up, etc. Cleaning required due to excess messiness will result in additional costs, charged at a rate of $40/hour.
8. Guest understands that they are staying in a neighborhood. We expect Guests to respect our neighborhood and our neighbors' right to peaceful enjoyment of their homes. If Hosts receive a valid complaint from a neighbor, Guest will be notified. Failure to rectify the issue may result in cancellation of the stay.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property! From the communication with the host, Chad, to the beautiful amenities with all the little “extra special touches” this host provides, it was truly one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. This property was within walking distance to many local restaurants, bars and shops and only a quick Uber ride to downtown! The master bedroom and bathroom was a dream! The bed was so comfortable, my husband and I plan to purchase one for home! The kitchen is beautiful and has all the items you could want or need, including an electric teapot with specialty teas, fresh coffee beans with a grinder, an espresso machine, all the necessities to make a craft cocktail and so much more! If we ever get the chance to visit the Pittsburgh area again, which I’m sure we will, we will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend!!

We loved this space! It was ideal for two couples. The kitchen has everything you could need, and all top quality. The bedrooms and bathrooms wonderful. The only thing we would have changed is the seating in the kitchen, we play cards and to sit on hard stools with no backs was a little rough. We lived the neighborhood and the fact we could walk to go out to dinner or for a beer or ice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our first time in Pittsburgh and we were thrilled with this property! It was exactly as listed and the neighborhood is just what we wanted. Most comfortable bed and pillows i have ever slept on, and super clean! Great restaurants all walkable. We felt like proper Yinzers! Will definitely be back!

This space is located in Lawrenceville, and is walking distance to lots of interesting restaurants and shops. Only a 10 minute drive to PNC Stadium. It is is beautifully decorated with a lot of creativity; as an artist I couldn't stop looking at every single thing. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very luxurious! Chad is a perfect host. He has provided everything you could possibly need or want, from the well-equipped roomy kitchen to umbrellas thoughtfully provided at both the front and back door! Plenty of places to charge your devices; many TVs and up-to-date features. Chad responded within 2 minutes each time I had a question, and was very helpful. We can't wait to stay here again!
