The Space:

On a beautiful afternoon, make your way out the side back door onto the patio and relax in your private 6-person hot tub. If you are hungry, cook something on the barbecue and enjoy it at the covered patio table.

Cook anything from breakfast to a three-course meal in the modern kitchen, which comes fully equipped with quality appliances, a Keurig coffee/tea station, a fridge and freezer, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you may need, including special flatware for young children.

Serve your meals on the 8-foot dining table that seats 10, or treat the group to a night out with many restaurants and cafés just a short walk away along Bryant Street.

When it comes time to rest, you’ll find all four generous bedrooms located on the second floor. Each bedroom offers comfortable beds topped with soft, quality linens and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Each bedroom also includes a workstation.

The master suite features beautiful modern décor and a large king bed. Parents will appreciate the small crib and changing table in this room, as well as a counter with a running sink. Bedroom two offers a queen bed. Bedroom three has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Bedroom four offers two queen beds.

There are two full bathrooms to choose from, each with tiled walk-in showers and custom vanities stocked with essentials for your stay. Soft towels are placed at the end of each bed. Please note there is no bathtub.

Important to Note:
Before you arrive, you’ll be contacted by our third-party provider, Truvi, to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver. This step is meant to give you an extra layer of protection against property damage during your stay.

This process is optional and not required. Your reservation will remain confirmed whether or not you complete it. However, if you would like this additional protection, we recommend completing it before arrival for a smoother check-in experience and added peace of mind.

EXTRA GUESTS/VISITORS: Please disclose if visitors will be present on the property and understand that additional guests at the property beyond 11pm should anticipate paying the additional guest fee of $25 over 4 people per, night stayed.
