A four-bedroom North Hills home made for families. Soak in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor gas fire pit, and let the kids loose in the basement playroom, which doubles as an exercise room with a bike and a treadmill. The crib, high chair and toys are already here. Full kitchen, dining for six plus two seats at the breakfast bar, central air, free parking and a 240-volt EV charger. The stadiums and downtown are 16 to 18 minutes away.

LIVING ROOM
A big sectional, a TV over the stone fireplace, a bookcase full of books and a reading nook with two armchairs by the window. Just off the living room, a bright room holds an upright piano. The stone fireplace is decorative and isn't in use.

KITCHEN AND DINING
White cabinets, butcher-block counters, an electric range and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a side-by-side refrigerator and the pots, pans and utensils to cook real meals. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar adds two more. A coffee station in the dining room has an espresso machine and a Keurig.

BEDROOMS (one bed in each)
Primary bedroom: king bed, with its own half bath.
Bedroom 2: full bed, corner windows.
Bedroom 3: full bed, corner windows.
Bedroom 4: twin bed and a travel crib.

BATHROOMS
One full bathroom with a tub and shower, and a half bathroom (sink and toilet) off the primary bedroom. Towels, a hair dryer and basic toiletries are provided.

PLAYROOM, EXERCISE ROOM AND LAUNDRY (basement)
One room with a kids'-size pool table and a TV for the kids, and an exercise bike and a treadmill for you. The laundry room has a washer, a dryer and a utility sink, plus an iron, an ironing board and a steamer.

OUTSIDE
A private hot tub, an outdoor gas fire pit, a gas grill, and a covered deck under the pergola with a dining table and a lounge chair. Plenty of free parking in the driveway. A 240-volt Tesla Wall Connector (a Level 2 EV charger, several times faster than a regular outlet) is on the garage wall for guests to use, and its cable stays at the house.

FOR LITTLE ONES
Travel crib, high chair, toys and ride-ons, and board games.

GUEST ACCESS
The whole house is yours: all four bedrooms, the basement playroom, exercise room and laundry, the deck, the hot tub and the yard. Check-in is self check-in with a lockbox, so you can arrive on your own schedule after 4 PM.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Ross Township is a quiet residential part of Pittsburgh's North Hills. Ross Park Mall is about 7 minutes away, UPMC Passavant about 8, and North Park, with its lake, trails and boathouse, about 16. PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, PPG Paints Arena and downtown are 16 to 18 minutes by car.

GOOD TO KNOW
The pool table in the playroom is a kids'-size table, not a full-size one.
The house has one full bathroom (tub and shower) and one half bathroom.
Rates include 4 guests. Each additional guest, including visitors staying past 11 PM, is $25 per person, per night.
