Three Floors of Comfort & Fun
This is a true three-story Pittsburgh home—spacious, new, and built vertically! Please note: all bedrooms and full bathrooms require stairs, and there is no elevator. The main living space is on the first floor, but all sleeping and showering quarters are upstairs. All stairs are to modern building codes, as this home was just built in 2025!

Entry & Parking
Arrival is easy: guests can park in the private garage and enter through the backyard patio (past the hot tub!), or use free permitted street parking and come through the front door.

Main Floor
Step inside to an open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy living area, and large Roku TV for movie nights or game-day watching. A powder room and a stash of hot tub towels sit just off the rear entry—perfect for quick changes or cleanup. It’s the heart of the home and the hub for hanging out.

Basement
Downstairs, the game room delivers big-time entertainment with a projector + Google TV, poker table, foosball, and even a basketball game. Great for all-ages fun or a grown-up wind-down space.

Second Floor
Up one flight, you’ll find two king bedrooms—both with ensuite bathrooms—along with a full laundry area. It’s a super functional layout for groups who want privacy without being too far apart.

Third Floor
Another flight up, the top floor has two more king bedrooms—one with a private ensuite bathroom, and one that uses a nearby shared full bath on the same floor.

The home is walkable to PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium (about 15–20 minutes), making it a great base for game days, concerts, or riverside strolls. You’re also close to East Ohio Street, the neighborhood’s bustling food + drink hub. From wood-fired pizza to elevated dining, breweries to brunch spots—it’s all right there.

This area has heart and history—and while it’s evolving, it still holds on to its raw charm. Expect a true neighborhood feel, friendly faces, and the best kind of city grit.

We recommend using Uber or Lyft to navigate Pittsburgh—it’s a notoriously tricky city to drive in, but with little traffic! Rideshares are affordable and abundant. If you do choose to drive, we offer free street parking with our included digital parking permit.

1. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed—please dispose of butts responsibly. A $250+ cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.

2. Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 4, with a total cap of 12 people on the property at any time.

3. Use at Your Own Risk
Guests accept all risks related to property use. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.

4. Chore-Free Checkout
No cleaning is expected or required from guests, but excessive messes (e.g. abundant stains, excessive trash) will incur a $40/hr cleaning fee.

5. No Late Checkouts Without Approval
Late departures disrupt cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $75 per 30 minutes.

6. Flexible Rebooking Policy
If you cancel outside the refund window and we rebook your dates, we’ll refund any rebooked nights—because we don’t believe in double-dipping.

7. No Daily Housekeeping
The home is fully cleaned before your stay. Fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies are included. Mid-stay cleanings available for an extra fee.

8. No Pets Allowed
To protect guest sensitivities, pets are not permitted. A $300 deep cleaning fee applies if evidence is found.

9. Children Welcome – With Full Adult Responsibility
Children are warmly welcomed, but must be supervised at all times—indoors and out. Guests are fully responsible for any necessary baby-proofing, and must thoroughly inspect any provided items (e.g. high chairs, pack & plays, baby gates) before use. Host does not inspect or guarantee the safety of these items. By booking, Guest accepts full liability for the safety of all children on the premises.

10. Hot Tub Use
Use at your own risk. Shower before entering. No glassware in or near the tub. Limit sessions to 15 minutes to avoid overheating. Children must be supervised. Host assumes no liability for hot tub use.
