PROPERTY LAYOUT: Once you arrive at our home, you'll enter through the first floor, either through the garage or front door. Up a short flight of stairs, you arrive to an open floor plan - kitchen + dining area + living room in one. Off the massive kitchen is a balcony with seating for two, and a half bath. The dining area seats 8 comfortably, while the living room invites your group to settle in (you might fight over who gets the recliners!) Watch a movie or just relax in front of the electric fireplace.
If you head down a floor, you'll find a private king bedroom + bathroom - perfect for the less mobile in your group (or someone that likes to sleep in!) Heading up a floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms - the primary bedroom to the left, complete with French bedroom + French balcony doors, a king bed, a wine fridge, and a private attached bathroom with soaker tub + fancy shower. Across the hall are two queen bedrooms - these share a jack & jill bathroom with double sinks.
Heading up to the top floor, you'll find your expansive rooftop deck! With views of the city & surrounding area, you can simply relax and watch the sunset from the couch, or have a more "active" stay with various yard games or grill up dinner with the permanent natural gas grill.

Nestled between two of the most popular areas of Pittsburgh - Lawrenceville & Bloomfield! You're a 5-7 minute walk to Butler St. in lower Lawrenceville, and a ~15 minute walk to Liberty Ave. in Bloomfield. You can't beat this location! Both areas feature bars & restaurants galore. Lawrenceville is one of the top 4 most expensive zip codes in Pittsburgh - quirky shops, amazing dining, high end cocktails, and breweries galore. There's something for everyone! Bloomfield is experiencing its come-up, with a bunch of new bars & restaurants opening in the last few years. Extremely walkable, you can bar crawl into the evening, and stroll back home (or take a super quick Uber).
We recommend using Uber or Lyft to navigate in Pittsburgh. It's a notoriously difficult city to drive in (but we have little traffic!) They're affordable and abundant. If you do choose to drive in the city, we offer free garage parking + driveway parking.

5. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. Late check outs require additional cleaners to be brought in, and will be charged at $100 in half hour increments.
6. If you have to cancel your trip past the cancellation window deadline, we will refund you any amount we are able to get for rebooking your dates above the cancellation amount, up to a full refund.
