Just beyond, the dining area comfortably seats six under warm Edison-bulb lighting, with a high chair tucked away for little ones. The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly off the dining area, opening directly to your private outdoor patio—ideal for entertaining or enjoying a quiet evening under the string lights.
Outdoor Space The patio is where this home shines. Gather around the propane fire pit in four classic Adirondack chairs, or sip drinks at the bar setup, complete with high-top seating, built-in sink, and ice bucket. Whether you're winding down or hosting friends, this space was made for memorable nights.
Second Floor – Private Suite Head upstairs to your primary retreat. 1. No Smoking Indoors Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed—please dispose of butts responsibly. A $250+ cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.
2. Registered Guests Only Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 3, with a total cap of 8 people on the property at any time.
3. Use at Your Own Risk Guests accept all risks related to property use. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.
4. Chore-Free Checkout No cleaning is expected or required from guests, but excessive messes (e.g. abundant stains, excessive trash) will incur a $40/hr cleaning fee.
5. No Late Checkouts Without Approval Late departures disrupt cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 per 30 minutes.
6. Flexible Rebooking Policy If you cancel outside the refund window and we rebook your dates, we’ll refund any rebooked nights—because we don’t believe in double-dipping.
7. No Daily Housekeeping The home is fully cleaned before your stay. Fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies are included. Mid-stay cleanings available for an extra fee.
