    One of the biggest highlights is the location. The home is directly across from Allegheny General Hospital and within walking distance of both PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium.     This is a classic Pittsburgh home with lots of character, but it is important to note that there are many steep steps throughout the property. Because of that, it may not be the best fit for very young children or guests with mobility limitations.

The property is exactly as pictured/described and Caroline is a very gracious host. Check in and checkout were smooth and easy. Convenient parking and location, walkable to many attractions such as Any Warhol museum, the national aviary, and downtown area/sports stadiums. As the owner notes it is close to the hospital and you will hear a helicopter, but I am a light sleeper and did just fine with my sleep pods, so bring earplugs, white noise machine, or sleep pods and you’ll be just fine.

This property was spotless clean, filled with everything needed for the weekend stay. Extra towels, comforters, kitchen supplies including coffee and all needed for a comfortable stay. This rental was like "being at home" but in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh.

Great location. It was nice having the private parking spot in the back. Family-friendly place. It’s right next to the hospital so there was some helicopter noise. Bring a sound machine and it there’s no issue. Host is communicative and helpful.

Caroline was very welcoming. We especially appreciated the brochures for things to do in Pittsburgh. The visible first aid kit also came in handy during a few slips on the stairs. Overall, a great experience. Would recommend.

Great Pittsburgh stay

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Lots of bed space, clean house, fully stocked kitchen, easy check in/out. Fast and clear communication from Caroline. Will book again next time I am in Pittsburgh.

We came to Pittsburgh for a baseball game and family time. This home is in the perfect location to walk everywhere! The home is nicely updated and the layout is great for 6 adults. Very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessities. The owners are very attentive and gave great video directions!We would highly recommend this as a place to call home and will happily be back for another stay. Thank you Caroline!!

Great location for Pirates or Steelers games

I would highly recommend this house if you’re going to a Pirates or Steelers game as you can walk to the stadiums. The house itself is very comfortable and has everything you would need and Caroline was a great host and very responsive to a couple minor issues that came up. I will mention that if there is a helicopter landing or taking off at the hospital next door, it is really loud. Other than that, I would highly recommend this house.

Quaint House, Eclectic Neighborhood

My wife and I along with my brother and his wife came to Pittsburgh for a long week end to attend a concert at Acrisure Stadium. The home we stayed in was very clean and well appointed. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries. The location is walking distance to the stadium as well as the downtown area. We walked everywhere while staying. The diversity of the neighborhood is unique, which we enjoyed. High quality restaurants and pubs are in the surrounding area. The only drawback was a hospital that is in the area. The hospital has a helicopter landing pad which had the helicopter coming and going on a frequent basis. The noise of the copter landing and taking off was loud at times. That was mostly during the daylight hours. Overall our stay was enjoyable and the home was comfortable and a nice place to stay.
