The Space:
This light filled Cape Cod bungalow is conveniently located in the heart of Castle Shannon, close to Saint Anne's T station, restaurants, shopping and schools. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home has been completely remodeled throughout! New gas furnace and cental air condition, plumbing, and electrical systems. New roof, gutters, insulation and siding. Interior has new hardwood floors, recessed lighting and has been recently painted. Eat-in kitchen has new granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Upper level has two bedrooms and shared full bath, with tile floor and custom tile shower. One bedroom has an IKEA Boaxel storage system that will support your storage needs. • Check-in begins at 4 pm, with check-out by 11 am.
• Should you desire an early arrival or extended departure, kindly reach out.

• At check-in, you'll be welcomed with towels, linens, and essential toiletries.
• We don't replenish during your stay, so please plan accordingly.
HOUSEKEEPING:
• The property offers privacy, daily maid services aren't provided.
• The cleaning fee is solely for post-departure cleaning.
PARKING GUIDELINES:

PETS:
• Pets are allowed. We are happy to accommodate small to medium-sized pets (20–50 lbs, 15–20 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, we’ll request the fee manually. Pets outside the size range or undeclared may incur a $250 fine.
