Location: Hillside Haven gets its name from its surroundings. When you arrive, you'll walk down a dozen steps to your private city oasis. The home is tucked away and surrounded by trees. Located in the Beechview neighborhood, this property is within city limits, just minutes from downtown, while offering the privacy of suburb living.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, Basement has a king bed. Living room has a chaise sofa. Kitchen has basic cookware. Washing machine and dryer are available. Detergent is not provided. Shampoo/body wash not provided.

Guests do not have access to areas with locked doors. This includes, but is not restricted to: a portion of the basement and a closet.

After booking, you will receive a short rental agreement for you to sign. This is standard for our property and helps outline responsibilities, house rules, and liability expectations. Signing is required to confirm your stay and is the only way to receive the code to enter the property. Some of the rules outlined in the agreement include, but are not limited to: no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property, no parties, no visitors and no pets.
