« Host did not provide instructions prior to check-in time, did not respond to texts on check-in day and I had to call to get info on how to access the unit. Oddly, everything had to be passed through text instead of a welcome email with all info. Photos on VRBO site are heavily staged. DO NOT expect it to look like the photos. « Amenities were in good condition. Only thing missing was a cookie tray for baking, but we bought that and left it behind for the next guest. Extremely easy check in/out process and nice remodel to make a very nice place to stay in Vallejo. »

« This property is a great value! It is an older home but has been updated. It has a very homey feel and was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make our meals and all amenities' promised were available. The backyard was Stunning! »

« Here is a honest opinion since we stayed there. Property owner will answer and accommodate visitors. It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. The furniture isnt very comfortable so dont expect to hang out, but they tried to make it like homey. They were...

« The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them....

« The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc. »
