Looking for a romantic getaway? A work from home retreat? A family adventure close to nature? Well, you found it!

Brand new construction, modern home with luxury appointments throughout + large modern boathouse with spacious sun decks, kitchen island and covered areas. All nestled amongst tall pine and oak trees with private lake and forest views in the house through large picture windows from virtually every room.

Year-round: automatic 20% discount for 7+ nights / 35% discount for 28+ nights.

House has wrap around deck to ensure each bedroom has a step-out onto a private outdoor patio or balcony. Fiber internet. 3 streaming Roku TVs with HDMI ports for gaming. Large deck upstairs provides plenty of outdoor space for dining, grilling or just relaxing around the firepit with panoramic views and a virtual 'tree house' feeling.

Private boathouse with 2 picnic tables, sink, grill and dual ladders for easy swimming access. This boathouse faces the main lake, yet sits in a quiet cove. Guests have full access including use of boat lift / slip, large sun decks and covered areas.

Like Games? We also have Giant Jenga, a 6' foot pool table, and an outdoor axe toss game. Plus, traditional board games (monopoly, clue, skipbo, cribbage, cards) to help escape the 'digital world' for a couple days!

Plus, a golf cart for guests to rent!

We loved staying at this location . Host was quick to respond for anything we needed! Very clean plenty of Space. we enjoyed the fire table beings it was cold outside. The boat house was not far from the house . We caught lots of catfish . A few bass (but was fishing for catfish ).. will definitely come back

The cabin was beautiful and modern! The owners did a great job providing everything we needed to help make our vacation feel like a home away from home. The variety of appliances were an unexpected plus.The dock and golfcart were very useful. The view from the deck was pur favorite spot. The fire pit was nice to use when it got a little chilly at night. The only issues we had were the amount of ladybugs (my little girls were scared of the amount there were) and that the fish just wouldn’t bite - we caught a couple on our visit though. The owners were great communicators and we knew that if we needed anything, they would easily be able to get in touch with. Big Al's was about 7 minutes away and a nice place to get a snack and some bait. Brookshires was about 15 minutes away (Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Dominos, and Sonic were also in the same area. There were two liquor stores about 12 minutes away, just outside of where Brookshires was at. Walmart is about 20 minutes away if you need something more specific.

We had a very wonderful experience, this home is very nice, It has everything you need to a relaxing getaway with your family! It has lots of windows... The View from the living room and the kitchen are breathtaking! You can see the lake while you cook! I suggest you take your groceries with you because you won't want to get out.

We just spent a fantastic long weekend at this lakeside cabin in Pittsburg, TX with a group of friends, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we pulled in, we felt right at home.The cabin is impeccably clean and thoughtfully appointed. The living spaces are bright, cozy, and have a true “lake retreat” vibe. We loved the comfortable seating and the big windows that let the lake view in all day. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed for our group—ample counter space, quality cookware, and a helpful coffee setup that fueled our mornings before we hit the water.The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, with plush bedding that ensured we woke up rested and ready for adventures. The bathrooms are modern and spotless, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water after long days on the lake.The real standout is the lake access in a broader sense—the private boat house was incredibly convenient and safe, and having a secure place to store gear made our days on the water effortless. The dock area is perfect for relaxing after a day of boating—sunset views were priceless. The quiet, tucked-away location also gave us the best of both worlds: peaceful mornings on the deck with coffee and lively evenings by the fire pit.

Amazing stay. Pulled up to an amazing modern lake house a minute from the lake. The boathouse was perfectly situated just inlet of the main lake. So it was less choppy and peaceful for the kids to fish and swim. We spent a day on the lake, drank coffee and made s’mores on the balcony overlooking the priceless view of the lake.

There was a scheduling mishap with the cleaning crew however the owner was very apologetic and the cleaning crew arrived within 25 minutes of my call. And the cleaning crew was very professional and friendly and did a great job.The golfcart was a lifesaver and would recommend to future travelers. Boathouse/dock set up nicely and was able to get my paddleboard in and out of the water was ease.Great location on the water and house was awesome. Would highly recommend

This is a stunning lake house with amazing views of the lake! This home is modern, very clean and has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Great place!

Really nice place and great view all around. In every bedroom a great view in the morning and lights that show whats outside in case you get scared (like me). Great place for cookouts. Everything about this place was great , appliances , toiletries , the pac man machine , comfy living room. I will say at night it does give off spooky vibes and the windows in the bathroom dont help, they dont have any curtains. This is a good place if you want to relax and forget about the outside world for a bit. They also have a lot of things you need for cooking which is great. You can wash your clothes here. Have some games if go in a group. Would be cooler if it had bigger tvs. Recommend going!

Relaxing Reset at the Lakeview Escape

Hosts have done a great job of making things easy and comfortable for their guests-the house was very clean, organized, we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay very much. Our dog loved the upstairs deck and the view as much as we did-weather was warm, but the deck was almost always shaded. Brent is a very accessible host and responsive to guests' needs-he even checked in on us to make sure all was going well - definitely appreciate the hospitality and a gracious host and love that they will allow guests with pets to stay in a nice, clean place (which hopefully inspires all folks to leave everything just as neat and clean as they found it upon arrival, so this accommodation can continue). Great place to just relax or get outdoors and enjoy the lake and state parks nearby-no problem finding food and groceries. We really enjoyed our visit and look forward to a return trip.

Wonderful home!

Brent was a great host, and the home was very nice. It was very clean, and had what we needed for several days with our family. The view is beautiful, and it was fun sitting on the deck looking out over the lake, and the fire pit was so nice to have. Especially the last night, as we could see the Northern Lights from the deck!

The house was great. It was clean and well cared for. The host was easy to communicate with and the property was well stocked. Has great views of the lake and was only a 2 minute walk to the boat house. The golf cart made it easy for our older family members to get down to it. Great place!

Beautiful home and property!

We had noticed this property last year when we stayed in Brent’s other property just down the hill. It is a beauty! He and Rosy did a great job on the construction and the fun, modern design. The view of the lake is great and the boathouse is incredibly nice. If you have a lot of stuff (or little ones or seniors) it would make sense to rent the golf cart. The hike down the hill is not far but is a bit steep in places. Brent is always a great host! I’m sure we will be back. 😊

Incredible Lake House!

We absolutely love this breathtaking home with stunning views! This is our 2nd time staying in this gorgeous home, and we are already planning our next trip! The owners Brent and his wife are so wonderful and gracious hosts with impeccable taste in their home decor! The beds and the furniture are so comfortable and cooking in the fabulous kitchen surrounded by trees and the views of the lake is simply amazing! The fishing is fantastic from their wonderful dock and the golf cart is a blast! We can’t wait to return! Joe and Michelle
