« This unit was very clean and it's located right in the middle of everything you could want - within 15 minutes of Todos Santos Plaza, the Sunvalley Shopping Center, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Carlos is a friendly and gracious host and was quite responsive to our messages. We would stay here again. »

« This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking. Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage. He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere...

« This was a lovely place to stay while in Walnut Creek. The process to check in was involved, but the instructions provided made it seamless. Loved the big windows, the patio and the cozy comfortable beds. It was a perfect place for me and my friends to get together and hang out while visiting Walnut Creek. I would 100% stay here again. »

I had specifically asked for 2 sets of keys in advance and upon check-in, this was not made available until later in the day. The communication is corporate and not personal at all. »
