Dealing with Cozy Suites was horrible. I received emails with different addresses for the property, ambiguous instructions for access to the building. When I finally got into the building I received a key that didn’t work. After several phone calls I got a key that worked. I will never deal with Cozy Suites again!!EVER »

The only negative thing I have to say is that the host had 3 glade plug-ins going & it caused an all but immediate headache. I know not everyone is into natural ways of improving the smell of their space but this could be something to consider moving forward! Overall a great experience! »
