Welcome to The Ranch! Bring your family and friends to this GORGEOUS gated estate only minutes to the beach and wineries in one of the best locations in Pismo Beach!

Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 16, gorgeous country views on a working cattle farm, and with spacious outdoor areas a and a game room there's something to entertain all ages! You can't go wrong!!

You get the whole house!

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors on the cattle farm at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and respectable noise levels are required at all hours.

Guests are not allowed to wander outside the property onto other areas of the property. Hiking on the property is not allowed but there are amazing trails just a short drive away.

Ample parking for many cars.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

No pets or parties allowed.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.

We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times.

Lawn maintenance typically occurs on Thursdays.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Beautiful setting. Hills were green and lush (I know it won’t be as nice in summer/fall) but it was gorgeous between Christmas and the New Year. House needs a little maintenance but overall was a great place for our family (7 adults and 5 children).

Beautiful ranch and farmhouse with plenty of space for three families (6 adults, 7 kids ages 5 to 16). Very private and quiet with great views of the surrounding hills and cattle farm. We enjoyed seeing wild turkey, deer and even a little coyote. Super easy to get into Pismo but you feel worlds away in the country. The great big kitchen, fire pit and ping pong table were some of our favorite amenities. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

The house was amazing! It has a huge yard which worked perfectly for the toddlers. Plenty of room for everyone and we didn’t feel cramped. The kids loved the big kitchen so we all fit even with space to spare! We took walks around the property and got to see cows and even a momma and baby. It was very cool! The kitchen is ginormous and has a great set up to make dinner. Had a little issue with the living room tv volume, but I messaged the host and she helped me quickly! If we do another vacation we will definitely try to come here again!

The house was cozy and inviting and just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle to feel like you’re in another world. There were 17 of us and we fit very comfortably. The house is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and kitchen supplies. You’ll need to bring drinking water, plastic wrap or foil if you’re cooking there, and your own groceries. I would totally stay there again. I will say that there’s an operating farm just outside, and there’s a strong operating farm smell, but we weren’t bothered by that at all. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway for your family.

Unbelievable!

This home and its surroundings are even more beautiful in person and accommodated my family of 11 perfectly!! My grandchildren could be let loose outside without a worry for their safety, they ran and played and loved seeing the cows. Pismo Beach is about a 5 minute drive away so it is a perfect location for peace and quiet and closeness to the beach. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation!!

Fantastic Family Reunion

My family consisting of eight adults and six teenagers, had the most fantastic family reunion for five nights at the Ranch. The large property had everything anybody could have possibly dreamed of! For five beautiful days, we played all kinds of card and board games during the evenings, while the days were spent playing outdoor games on our wonderfully comfortable large lawn, or ping pong and other activities in the game room. The well equipped kitchen provided all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils we needed for cooking our meals, both breakfast and dinner.As the weather was so beautiful, we spent a couple of afternoons at the beach, and later enjoyed walking out on the pier delighting in the sunset. A visit to the bowling alley for a couple of games followed by a pizza dinner were all part of the activities of this five day fantastic family reunion. The spaciousness of this beautifully constructed home allowed each family to have one bedroom to organize how they wanted for their family of four and I, the grandmother, chose the well appointed master bedroom for myself and my partner which offers a large double walk in shower. It was just a marvelous property affording everyone a fantastic “long to be remembered” family reunion. Thank you, Megan for your quick responses to my many questions. You were a super host and I greatly appreciate the easy and comfortable communication with you.

If you have a big family look no more! This property has all you & your family will need and enjoy. The best way to describe this is peaceful piece of heaven.
