LIVING AREA

Spend quality time together in the living room, furnished with a full-size futon and a leather love seat. Watch favorite shows on the 42in flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with tile countertops, quality appliances, and a breakfast bar for three.

When it's time to eat, gather at the six-top dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story condo sleeps up to 10 guests between the three bedrooms and a futon in the living area. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries.

The tranquil master suite is outfitted with a queen bed and a 42in flat-screen TV with cable. The newly remodeled en-suite master bathroom features beautiful tile and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a 42in flat-screen TV with cable. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin bed, and 30in flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. A full bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sip a cold beverage on the balcony at the bistro table. Or make use of the gas barbeque grill and host an afternoon cookout.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage. One additional space may be available in the outdoor lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Extras include a twin-size rollaway bed in the bedroom closets.

Although this condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the coast.

THE LOCATION

The beach is just 3 blocks from your condo! Meander down the 1200-foot Pismo Pier for dramatic ocean panoramas. Enjoy dining and shopping in the buzzing downtown corridor a few blocks away.

From late October to February, see thousands of winged beauties at the Monarch Butterfly Grove, located along State Highway 1. Less than 3 miles away, visit Oceano Dunes SVRA, an off-highway dune park with hiking, fishing, and surfing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
