Hébergement rustique et sophistiqué

Cette cabane rustique et sophistiquĂ© est nichĂ© Ă  flanc de montagne prĂšs de la riviĂšre des Français Broad. Il est situĂ© sur neuf acres privĂ©e isolĂ©e de la maison principale Partridge Hill, oĂč vivent les propriĂ©taires. Partridge Hill a Ă©tĂ© autrefois la propriĂ©tĂ© de l'auteur Hamilton Basso qui Ă©tait un ami proche de Thomas Wolfe. Wolfe et Basso passĂ© de nombreuses heures sur Partridge Hill et aimeraient l'ambiance chaleureuse de la cabine connu comme Le Nid Partridge. La cabine dispose de deux queen chambres et deux salles de bains avec une aire de repos supplĂ©mentaire dans la Ă©crivains confortable grenier. Les installations comprennent un beau et bien approvisionnĂ© cuisine, salle Ă  manger, une cheminĂ©e Ă  bois et une vĂ©randa complĂšte avec une vue sur la montagne. Le design intĂ©rieur est confortable, accueillant, et la montagne inspirĂ©.

Un endroit idĂ©al rendez-vous loin, la cabine est encore isolĂ©e Ă  seulement quatre miles de Brevard oĂč il ya de bons restaurants, le Brevard Music Center, Brevard College, et de nombreux grands magasins. Le National Pisgah
Forest est Ă  quelques minutes de votre porte d'entrĂ©e et offre certains des plus beaux de la randonnĂ©e, l'escalade, pĂȘche Ă  la mouche et Ă  l'Est. Cascades majestueuses sont tout autour de la zone ainsi. Le Brevard Music Center est reconnu Ă  l'Ă©chelle nationale pour ses prĂ©sentations de musique d'Ă©tĂ© et il est Ă©tudiants vont gĂ©nĂ©ralement Ă  une grande carriĂšre dans la musique. Keith Lockhart est le directeur artistique et chef principal.

This cabin was a wonderful find! It has everything you need and then some! We really enjoyed the mountain views from the porch swing, watching the light change the shapes of the mountains as the sun set. It's close to Brevard and great hiking. We are already planning a return trip!

We were all meeting up to celebrate our Mother’s birthday and have a quick relaxing get away. The cabin was exactly what we needed and were hoping for! As soon as we walked in we loved all the details and charm of a cabin that somehow made you feel like you were home. Close to Brevard and all of the great trails to hike. We are already looking forward to a return visit. The owners were so nice and welcoming. The perfect place for a mountain trip!

We learned about this particular cabin from a write-up in a local magazine and decided that it would be a great spot to get away after a busy holiday season. Partridge Nest and its host, Charlie, made for a great experience! Charlie provided great directions and tips on how best to find the cabin and navigate the turn up to the house. The cabin itself was fully furnished with everything necessary for a winter stay, including all the wood stacked and ready for a fire after hiking all day. The cabin is conveniently located for easy access to Brevard, Asheville and all the restaurants and breweries in the area. We will be back again for another stay!

We will definitely stay here again. We have been coming to Brevard for a couple of years but branched out to stay in a house this time. The hosts were absolutely fantastic. The house was a home that was well stocked and comfortable. It provided anything we could ask for.

The house was tucked away so much so that you felt that you were in the middle of nowhere, but really only a few minutes away from town. Enjoyed the house because of the rustic feel to it and overall layout. Will definitely book again.

We rented the Partridge Nest and took our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children under the age of 7) for a Thanksgiving getaway to the Brevard area for a couple of days. Communication with the Brendles was great and they had the cabin prepped and ready for us upon arrival. Charlie stopped by to show us a few things about the cabin and even made a special trip to bring us some firewood for our stay. We visited downtown Brevard, Asheville, and Pisgah National Forest in our 2-1/2 days there, all of which were very accessible from the property. It was such a lovely place to come home to after very busy days with kids and have a fire and enjoy the views and the quiet. We will definitely be back likely in the summer to enjoy all of the warm weather activity and scenery that Pisgah has to offer. Thank you Charlie and Jean...it was wonderful!

Beautiful little cabin nestled on a hillside overlooking the French Broad and mountains, just 10min out of Brevard. The inside has been so thoughtfully decorated with love, it feels much more like a nice inn/B&B than a “cabin”. We spent much time on the screen porch, watching the morning mist lift to unveil the hills and mountains, and later seeing the sun drop behind the highest peak. Charlie was very accessible, helpful and friendly. We hope to be back.

Loved our girl’s weekend at this delightful mountain home. The owners have taken great care in giving this mountain retreat a vintage cabin vibe with all of the comforts of home. We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. The owner was so accommodating after a one day delay in our arrival date. He was quick to respond and kept me well informed. The cabin was beyond our expectations. It was cozy, spotless and beautifully decorated. Every touch was done with love
from unique and whimsical pieces to a wonderful collection of books to browse through, my particular favorite was the cat book! The location was excellent for trips to Brevard, Hendersonville, Asheville and local waterfall hikes. Everything was perfect! I will going back for sure!!

You can tell as you passed the threshold of the door that someone poured their heart and soul into this house. It is a home, not a house. It is cozy, full of light. The attention to details is amazing. Charles and Jean were wonderful hosts and we loved talking to Charles when he stopped by to say hello one afternoon. We will definitely try to come back. We decided to keep Thanksgiving simple this year, pack a cooler with all the fixins’ and head to the mountains for 5 days. We chose this cabin and are glad we did. It’s a peaceful and quiet location that’s not too far from town as well as the trails we love. Our kids loved it as well and were pretty bummed when it was time to go. We will definitely be back!

This cabin was simply wonderful. It had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The cabin was beautifully decorated with a rustic flare. The mountain views from the screen porch on the back of the house were stunning. The owner was extremely helpful with making sure we knew where things were in the cabin and initially with our reservation. I have rented quite a few cabins in the Western NC area. This cabin has been my favorite so far. We would definitely stay there again.

We've been coming to this beautiful cabin for several years. The owners, Charlie and Jean, have built an incredible rustic place. The interior design is amazing and creative. We haven't seen anything better. It's our perfect getaway place. The wood-burning fireplace and back porch is great. We don't have a single complaint. We'll be back every year!
