« Lost power, had no access to water park, whole reason of booking. No towels, shampoo or soap upon arrival. Room was 90+ degrees on arrival. No air on 110 outside. 1 day without power. Never opened pool. Holiday vacation »

« The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. This is more about Expedia complaint, but I bought the insurance in case of a cancellation which I tried to use because my wife is so pregnant. We really didn’t wanna go, but you had to cancel the reservation a week in advance and...

« Walked in looked at the dirt and stains and walked out. Didn't know they have a 10 min refund window so I just left and ate the cost. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have pictures of the filth my phone just won't load them. »

« Negatives (though nitpicky) Elevator was slow, and the sink... Don't get me started lol. I could barely wash my hands it was so close to the edge of the bowl. The cleaning staff came in to our room way too early (8 freakin 30 man) before we were even close to checking out. Positives: Other than that it was a nice place, good breakfast, nice staff. Definitely would stay again even with the negatives. »

« The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay. However, the same bagels and muffins were there all week. I noticed nothing new was added and it was the same all week. The hotel could’ve been more...

« Not what the booking said at all. Booking said lake view in every room, ours did not. I booked a deluxe suite which said 2 rooms. It was 2 rooms, with no door in between. My daughter cried all night and kept the other people with us up which was frustrating. Close enough to walk if you don’t mind an 30 minute walk there and 30 minute walk back. Not on the beach, so not ideal especially not in the summer or with children. »
