We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio .
Margherita - 2/4 sleeping accommodations
On the first floor with independent entrance, has two large loggias, one to the north and the other to the south for maximum comfort. Internally it consists of a bright and spacious living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and a bathroom.

Important notes:
- minimum age for check-in 21 years
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out before 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of € 50,00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euro; refunded at the end of stay after viewing the condition of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be refunded before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20,00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
