« The house is very cute and clean and comfortable It was perfect for the four of us and our two pups on a girls hiking weekend! It had what we needed and was conveniently located for hiking Pilot Mountain and visiting Mount Airy and a couple of nearby vineyards. « This was a wonderful place to stay. The house was decorated so well. Everything we needed and very clean. Betty was absolutely the best host ever! « We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and all the furnishings were wonderful. We were just around the corner from Wally's service station and just a 10 minute walk on to the downtown business area. We found good food, so many nice people, and lots of relaxing. The only thing, the house next door felt a little creepy. I'm sure someone is going to remodel it and have a real gem on their hands but we just decided it was something fun to talk about. »

« The house was not in a good neighborhood. Major issues: Chained dog barked all night, the washing machine didn’t work, had to call to find the linens which were stored in a file cabinet in a bedroom, showed up during check in time and cleaning staff was still there, hardly any dishes on site so forget about cooking a meal there. Place was a disappointment at best, especially for the overall cost. »

« We wanted a place to stay to shorten our drive back home from the beach and still allow us to enjoy other tourist areas. The hotels in the area are nasty and run down. Was so thankful to run into this. Walking distance to the Andy Griffith Museum. Amphitheater was basically in back yard so has like a free concert. Nothing to complain about. « We were only in town for a graduation weekend but this place was just what we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood, off street parking, close to everything we needed. Clean and cozy. Tyler checked in with us to see if we needed fresh towels or linens. We didn't but we appreciated him asking. We would stay here again. »
