« Loved this property and a huge plus was the awesome an quick communication with the owners/hosts. Our kids had a fabulous time in the pool and playing pool which were two musta for them based on our family's age range. Weather was perfect which was a bonus. « Pictures of Dog Trot do not do this gem justice. It truly is an experience staying in this historical cabin. So relaxing. We made a camp fire our last big there. Watched deer and turkeys from the front porch and patio. Gorgeous property. Suzy is a wonderful and accommodating host. We rented this again for a few days in October to take advantage of the fall foliage. Can't wait. »

« The house is well decorated and attractive. The lot around the property and surrounding neighborhood, not so much. The property is 20+ minutes from dining or groceries, but the kitchen was not well suited for cooking, mainly due to lack of suitable pots and pans. There were lots of bugs in the house too. »

« I called the owner the night before for check in info as I had not heard from him he told me that there was already someone else in the cabin. We had booked this cabin in Feb. 5 months before and paid in full needless to say I was not a happy camper. We did get a full refund from him. However I can not help but think of I had to cancel the night before I would have been out the money I feel he owes me more then just what we paid some kind of reimbursement for all the trouble we had to go...
