« Everything was great and the service was excellent. Hotel was clean and it's in a great location. The only critique was the indoor pool is either not heated, the heater wasn't working, or it was off. The main reason we booked here was to go to Oglebay (20 minute drive) then swim with the kids. The pool temperature made it difficult but we still dealt with it. Just a suggestion to turn it up or get it fixed. Would still stay here again! »

« Staff was very nice and there is free breakfast. I can tell hotel has been slightly updated. Vending machines only take cash. Overall cleanliness isnât horrible but it could be cleaner in the rooms - coffee machine was molded and not sure if bedding was washed prior to getting the room.
TV was great, AC/heating worked great and didnât smell. Had no noise issues either. Would def stay again. »
