À propos de cet hébergement

Refuge Montagnard Confortable au Sommet avec Vue sur Remorque & Sentiers sur 269 Acres

  • Welcome to your private mountain retreat at Blue View Ranch! Set across 269 private, untouched acres in Piney Creek, North Carolina, our cozy destination trailer offers the ultimate base camp for everyone looking to experience the best of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Whether you’re planning a peaceful family getaway, a weekend trip for two, or an outdoor adventure, this private piece of heaven is built for you. With miles of private terrain right outside your door, guests can spend their days fishing in our private stocked pond, hiking scenic ridge lines, exploring mountain trails, hunting seasonal game, or riding horses across sweeping views.

Wake up to crisp mountain air, cast a line in the pond, spend your days exploring, stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and unwind every evening stargazing around a crackling campfire.

    The Destination & Setup:
Indoor Comforts: Clean, fully furnished interior featuring cozy sleeping quarters, heating and air conditioning, hot shower, functional kitchen setup, in-unit washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi access.

Outdoor Living & Fires: Enjoy dedicated outdoor seating and access to our central fire pit with firewood provided—perfect for morning coffee with a mountain view or evening campfires under the stars. (Individual camper fire pits coming soon!)

269 Acres of Outdoor Adventure: Direct access to our private stocked pond for catch-and-release fishing, private hiking trails, mountain ridge views, and seasonal hunting access (inquire for details and daily rates).

Equestrian Ready: Traveling with your own horses? We offer dedicated stalls and pasture areas upon request so your equine partners can trace our mountain trails right along with you!

    Important Details for Your Stay:
Easy Check-In: Easy self check-in upon arrival! Full arrival details and property directions are sent prior to check-in so you can settle in seamlessly.

Driveway & Weather Caution: Access directly to the camper sites is via a scraped, well-maintained gravel driveway that is easy to navigate under normal conditions. However, because we are located in the mountains, please use caution during winter or severe weather—a high-clearance or 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended when bad weather hits.

    House Rules & Ranch Policies:
Welcome to Blue View Ranch! We are thrilled to share our 269 private acres with you. To ensure every guest enjoys a safe, peaceful, and clean stay—and to keep our land, trails, and livestock safe—we ask that you kindly follow these property rules during your time with us:

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Easy check-in is available upon arrival.

Pet Policy (Strictly Pet-Free Indoors): We love animals, but to keep indoor spaces spotlessly clean and 100% allergy-friendly, pets are strictly prohibited inside the camper. (Pets are welcome at our open campsites with prior management approval). Note: Proof of up-to-date vaccination/shot records is required for all approved pets prior to arrival.

Equestrian Guest Policy ($20/night per horse): Bringing your horses? Dedicated stall and pasture boarding is available for $20/night per horse. A negative Coggins test is strictly required for all horses entering the property, and stall/pasture bookings must be coordinated with management in advance.

Hunting Guidelines ($250 Daily Rate): We offer daily hunting rates at $250/day per hunter for seasonal game across our mountain acreage. Guests are permitted to take multiple deer within state regulations and legal limits. Please contact management prior to arrival for guidelines, reservations, and designated hunting zones.

Stocked Pond Fishing: Fishing in our private stocked pond is open to guests! Please bring your own gear and tackle.

Fire Pit & Firewood: Firewood is provided for the dedicated central fire pit area. Please ensure all campfires are completely extinguished before leaving them unattended or retiring for the night.

Trail Access & ATV/UTV Use (Scenic & Hunting Only): Guests are welcome to explore our private trails and ridge lines! ATVs and UTVs are permitted strictly for scenic trail rides, hunting access, and gear transport. To protect our land, private trails, and pastures, aggressive off-roading, mudding, and tearing up trails are strictly prohibited. Please stay on designated established paths at all times.

Privacy & Property Security (No Trail Cameras): To respect the privacy, peaceful atmosphere, and security of all ranch guests, livestock, and owners, unauthorized trail cameras or game cameras are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Smoking & Vaping: Strictly non-smoking and non-vaping inside the camper. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available—please dispose of all ash and butts responsibly in provided outdoor containers.

Thank you for treating our home and mountain haven with respect. We hope you create unforgettable memories here!
