☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

The two bedrooms have been meticulously decorated to ensure the utmost comfort during your stay. Adorned with new plush carpets for added coziness, each bedroom has hanging racks and dressers for you to store your belongings conveniently.

The Master bedroom has a large queen bed, a plush reading chair, an open hanging rack, and a large dresser.

The Bunkbed bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests. It has sturdy bunk beds that comfortably sleep four. The guest's restroom is adjacent to the room for your convenience. A highlight of this room is the foosball table, where you can engage in friendly competition.


☆☆ LOFT (listed as bedroom 3) ☆☆

The loft area awaits your arrival, boasting a spacious and versatile sleeping arrangement. Three queen-sized beds offer ample space for guests to unwind, complemented by a cozy bean bag that easily converts into a full-size bed for extra sleeping options. Additionally, an inflatable mattress is available to cater to any further accommodation needs.
Enjoy entertainment with the arcade conveniently located in the loft. Plus, take advantage of the private entry that leads to the back deck, offering breathtaking forest views for a serene retreat.

The cabin features three full bathrooms: one in the master bedroom, another in the bunk bedroom, and the third in the hallway for easy access.

The master bathroom is a true retreat, offering luxurious amenities such as a tub, rainfall shower head, and smart toilet with a warmed seat and bidet, as well as spectacular forest views. Meanwhile, the hallway bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, a smart toilet with a warmed seat and bidet, and a wall-mounted warming/drying towel rack. Additionally, the private bathroom in the Bunkbed Room offers modern touches and a convenient walk-in shower.

All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

In the fully equipped kitchen, high-end modern appliances and a convenient workstation sink featuring a cup rinser are available. Complete with all necessary baking ware and stylish quartz countertops, meal preparation becomes a seamless and pleasurable task.

Indulge in your favorite coffee and tea creations with the Nespresso coffee maker and kettle provided in the kitchen. Additionally, our kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster oven, blender, pots and pans, Crockpot, griddle, electric hand mixer, cocktail kit, and various other amenities, ensuring everything you need for effortless meal preparation and entertaining.

Our kitchen island can seat seven people.

Relaxation awaits in the cozy living room. Sink into the plush electric reclining sectional for ultimate comfort as you unwind. Enjoy the comforting glow of the wood-burning fireplace adjacent to the TV, creating a perfect setting for cozy evenings. We are so happy to have you at Lake Rock Cabin!

We ask that you treat our home as if it were your own during your stay and to please respect and care for this special cabin. A few reminders below as to how to best care for the home:

AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.

GUEST LIMIT: Maximum of 14 guests at the cabin at any time.

SMOKING: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is allowed inside or anywhere on the premises. The guest will be charged a $700 deep cleaning fee if there are any smoking violations.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is any time after 3 PM. Check out by 11AM.

FURNITURE: Please do not rearrange the furniture.

QUIET HOURS: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, seven days per week. We do not want complaints! Violating the noise/party rule will result in the police being called (usually by an unhappy neighbor) and the termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you.

PETS: No pets of any kind.

PHOTO SHOOTS: No commercial photoshoots/film shoots without host approval.

TRASH: You must take all of your trash out and place it in the trash bins located on the side of the home.

PARTIES/EVENTS: No parties or events. We have three exterior ring security cameras on-site and can see if people outside your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

SHOES: This is a no-shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. Please help keep our home clean so everyone can enjoy it.

MAIL/PACKAGES: Please do not have packages mailed to the home.

ACCESS: MUST CLIMB STAIRS. This is not a wheelchair-accessible property. You will need to climb about 4 steps onto the front deck to enter the home. You will need to use stairs to access the upper floor (loft).

BUNK BED: Maximum weight capacity is 150 lbs.

NO FOOD OR DRINKS- Please refrain from eating or drinking in bedrooms, including the upstairs loft. This helps keep the home clean for everyone to enjoy.

HAMMOCKS: Use of the hammocks is' at your own risk,' and we are not liable for any injuries sustained from them.

FIREPITS, FIREPLACE & BBQ GRILL: Use of firepits, fireplace and BBQ grill 'at your own risk’ we are not liable for any injuries sustained from the use of firepits, fireplace, and BBQ grill.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING:
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
**Smoking in the home: $700 per violation.
**Late Checkout Past 11am without our consent: $75
**Excessive Guests greater than claimed in reservation: $200 per guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if the home is left filthy with trash everywhere: $300
**Security Deposit, if applicable - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500 or more.
** For stained carpets or beds, you may be charged up to $500 or more for stain removal.
