Great location for the US open

The property was a great location and the space in the home was very usable and conducive for our group. A few things to note: it is minimally stocked and only with the very basic items. If you are planning meals in or will be staying for longer than a few days. There is zero coffee, condiments, spices, including salt and pepper or other normal kitchen and bath items in the home so either pack them or be prepared to purchase what you might need. The coffee maker was the very basic “hotel room” Kuerig, only capable of holding water for one cup. There were no nice big coffee mugs or cream or sugar packets. There weren’t fresh scrubbers to do dishes etc. There were enough towels for each person but no laundry soap if you need to wash them or any other items etc. Access to fresh from the linen closet may result in extra charges. (We stayed 8 days… long time to use the same towels) Overall our experience was good however it lacks the cozy personal welcome you get if the manager is the personal owner. (Usually upon our stays in the area we have been greeted with some sort of welcome basket with bottle of wine, a few snacks/water/coffee and extras to make the stay more like “home”). The property managers were very responsive to the few questions we had which was appreciated- for the price we paid for the open week it would’ve left a more impressionable experience if there were a few extra touches and upgraded amenities left to enjoy the stay. Overall the home was very adequate.

A Month in Pinehurst

This house is fine for a guys’s golf weekend, where no one looks too closely at the cleanliness or cares about the quality of the furnishings and repair work. The hall bathroom shower was in poor condition and needs renovation. Tim, the property manager, gets high marks for being responsive and getting repairs done while we were there. A positive note about the house is the garage, where there are games (ping pong etc) set up.

An awesome rental in so many ways😊

We rented this home while my son played in the US Kids Golf World Championship at Pinehurst #1 this week. We couldn't have asked for a better rental! Comfortable beds, entertainment for the entire family, awesome location (not even a mile to Pinehurst #1&2), open layout, etc. I could go on and on about how much we loved this home! We'll definitely be returning in the future!

Pinehurst Getaway

Was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. Great location, place was very clean and beds were comfortable. We were very fortunate with great weather but if you get inclement weather during your visit, this place offers a lot of entertainment and games which was a huge plus for us. First time renting on VRBO so I wasn't sure how we would like renting someone's home. Wow what a great experience. The house was really clean and had very comfortable beds and furniture along with nice big tvs. TVs.
