"We both enjoyed the Treehouse inside and out. The views were magnificent. Weather was great. It was neat to see the fog come down and sweep past us during the storm the last night there! It’s so quiet and peaceful. Everyone in town was marvelous and the town restaurants were delicious too! Our favorite part…the 91 steps up and down! "We drove from San Diego and had exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing Memorial Day weekend away from crowds. The home was lovely, quiet and spacious so that our teen boys were able to find their own nooks. The craft kits were fun and made for nice souvenirs of our trip. "This property was great for our family gathering to celebrate our father's 90th birthday. The location was perfect to easily get to the town of Julian & many hiking trails. The house was beautiful and full of fun decorations. It was more than large enough to accommodate us for family dinners inside and out. The view is awesome and the neighborhood is nice and quiet!"

"All of this is just so you are aware for other people. We were still blessed enough to stay. 1. Internet didn’t work for about 24 hours 2 The website states in the “description of beds” that there are two twin beds in addition to the bunk beds in the “kids” bedroom. That was not the case. " Flicking the light switches by the door didn't turn on the light. We arrived after dark and had to use a flashlight to see where the next light switch was. There were no instructions how to re-lock the electronic lock, and we ended up leaving the door unlocked all weekend. Otherwise, it was a nice, quiet, peaceful weekend, and everything went well."
