« Fantastic condo to stay at, thank you, Peter. Extremely clean, and bright each morning, located in a quiet community of other condos. Peter was very helpful prior to getting there and throughout the stay when we had a few questions. The Beach is walking distance, but be sure to use sunscreen because the sun is closer than you think. We highly recommend staying here. »

« If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back. »

« We stayed at this villa for my birthday with a group of 15, and it was absolutely amazing. The house is spacious with seven gorgeous bedrooms and 6.5 baths – perfect for large groups (though I’d recommend 14 guests for max comfort as one person was on the couch all week). The ocean views from the balconies are breathtaking, and the kitchen is fully stocked – even our private chef was impressed!
