« When we checked in the receptionist was very nice and helpful. She moved us to a handicap room, my wife uses a walker and needs a shower chair. Room was roomy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. »

« We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets. »

« The front doors didn't work. Holes all over in the rooms. No lock on the door. No lighting in parking lot. Refrigerator was moldy. Couldn't stay here! »

« I arrived a little after midnight due to a late flight getting in… small short snaffu with getting someone to check me in… (maybe 5 minutes wait) but done quickly overall… never had a reason to interact with the staff till I checked out a day early. The amenities of a stove and microwave were nice but I did not know I would need to provide cooking equipment and plates… No ice machine to be had on the property… Pet friendly.. but “clean up stations” might be a nice touch near the elevator so...

« I found this property by chance it was a last-minute booking and I was very impressed. It’s a Hilton product and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff and wonderful room. I will definitely come back and stay at this property when I visiting my family in Wichita. »

« Great hotel! I stayed here one night. It was such a nice experience that I booked the same hotel again for four nights the following week. I will only ever stay here and will recommend this hotel for everyone (unless you are allergic to dogs/cats, since it is a pet friendly property). No issues at all, and it was great for my boyfriend and dog when they visited me. Really a hidden gem for an amazing price, and I didn't feel like the low price meant having to sacrifice any luxury.
