« Loved everything! »

« It was very close to I 35. Clean and efficent. Felt very safe for single travelors. Not fancy but very comfortable. »

« Staff did not pick up dirty towels and did not leave clean towels. Always had to go to the front desk for clean towels »

« Nice location »

« Great hotel for business travelers, but: The "free airport shuttle" doesn't run when you actually may need it! Sunday 10/25 I was told by front desk staff "it would be available anytime Monday" Monday, they told me, at 5:45am, "Sorry, no shuttle until 8am". There is no central ice machine. My room had a refrigerator with an ice maker, but it took an hour for decent cubes to come out. The hotel is in a 'dead zone', nothing to do nearby, walking distance. I'm a tourist, my mistake. »

« The entry way was under construction and it was dusty and hard to get around. The elevator was down for awhile and you had to go through more construction to reach the stairs..The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. »
