« I stayed here with my husband and two kids. It was perfect for us. The condo is updated, the pool area is clean, and the proximity to the water is wonderful! We saw dolphins daily and could walk to a few local restaurants. Highly recommend! »

« What a beautiful condo!!! Incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with games, puzzles, coffee, beach supplies, wireless speaker, even disposable toothbrushes! It is so cozy and homey. « Overall was great time. Just rest & relaxing on the beach a few days with my husband. Nice property peaceful area. Great proximity to the beach. We didn't cook or use anything besides TV & shower other than bed of coarse to sleep. Only snag the washer not working was a bummer but didn't affect our stay. We would stay here again. Jenny was a great host & communicated well. She informed me of the washer issue awaiting a part to come in before our stay & offered quarters for in site laundry but...

« The property was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. The management company was fantastic!!A couple things to note. The property more faces the river outlet. Still a great beach but you don't get the large ocean waves and sea breeze. Saw a ton of dolphins and pelicans! So cool! The front door opens into the bedroom. « The location of Paula’s condo is perfect and close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! Check in was easy. The condo is on the 4th floor. The elevator was broken during our stay, so that made loading and unload a bit difficult, but communication was good, and the rest of the stay was great! »

« We had a wonderful stay. Right on the beach, beautiful view, the condo has everything you need, coffee shop is around the corner, restaurants are 5-10 min drive and one is walking distance. ( don’t forget a mosquito spray if you dine outside) Kids loved the private beach and played there for hours. We will be back to this property. One of our favorites now. »

« Really nice spot! Close to many delicious restaurants, right across the street from the ice cream and candy shop, and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. We will likely be back to Tybee, and if we do come back, I'd be happy to stay here again. »

« This condo was wonderful. We love staying at Breakers(especially now that it has elevators) because it is so close to everything and right on the beach. It is right across the street from Coligny Plaza with shopping, ice cream and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
