« One day stay does not do this cottage and its magic any justice. There is so much to do in this area (dining, entertaining) and just enjoying the cedar valley. The solitude and the beauty of the grounds as well as all of the art take one away from the grinds of daily life. I will definitely come back for a longer vacation. The host was responsive and easily available. The chocolates, the greeting card, and the unique 3-D printed gift box of the Tiny House were particularly charming...

« This hotel was excellent! Very clean, great staff, nice breakfast area with lots of cute places to sit and feel a little more separate than a bunch of square tables bunched together in a room like many hotels. Great location (Tim Horton's and Walmart very close by, as well as many other stores and restaurants). Very easy access back onto I96 as well. Highly recommend! »

« We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

« I didn't get to stay during this work weekend, due to my boss had a family medical emergency! I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. But no one would reimburse my Bosses credit card. I shouldn't have to go thru the insurance company to get my money back. We didn't stay, the rooms were open for someone else to stay in, they still could've been filled...
