Looking for a place that provides the full cabin in the Smoky Mountains experience WITHOUT the hassle of narrow, winding, steep mountain roads? The S'mores Retreat cabin is a newly remodeled Pigeon Forge two-bedroom vacation cabin with modern electric fireplace, hot tub with a private deck, outdoor fire pit area, cozy deck with outdoor seating.

The S’mores Retreat is the perfect retreat for the family. Close to all the area's top attractions, best dinner shows, and restaurants. Just a short drive from Dollywood, the “Strip” and the “Island,” in Pigeon Forge - less than a mile to groceries and supplies, Tanger Outlets and all the entertainment and shopping just off Teaster Lane. This cabin’s convenient location, combined with great styling and easy, paved roads to get to it, make it the perfect place for small families and couples. Get the full cabin experience close to the action and amenities of Pigeon Forge and make the most of your vacation!

Upon walking in the front door, it will be hard not to fall in love with the beautiful tongue and groove wood design and tasteful décor throughout. Drop life’s daily stress at the door and enjoy a quiet relaxing evening snuggled up on the leather sofa by the electric fireplace or enjoy the open fire pit after enjoying all the wonderful activities that the Great Smoky Mountains has to offer. Play a couple rounds of the provided board games and rest in a comfortable king-sized bed in your private room. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk. Flat screen Smart TVs are in each bedroom. High Speed internet and Roku access for all your favorite apps to watch tv and movies. An oversized bathroom with a bath/shower combo and quartz countertops is a welcoming amenity. A stackable Washer/Dryer is in a large pantry/laundry room for your convenience. The well-stocked modern kitchen includes all the amenities of home, including full size appliances, pots and pans, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, rice cooker, plates, and cups, and all of the cooking utensils you might need. A small coffee bar is in the kitchen stocked with a Keurig and a sampling of K-cups or regular drip coffee maker to help to start your morning by enjoying your coffee sitting on the back deck. Another bonus is that this is a rare cabin on city water and not well water! There is a new off-leash dog park 3 mi north of the cabin-includes a big dog and small dog area, Wi-Fi, wash station, etc. or you can walk up the road with your best furry friend to enjoy the view. There is grass available for your best friend and complementary doggie bags.

The S'mores Retreat is located next door to a park-like setting with short-term rentals and new, million-dollar cabins above. It is not isolated even though no one is right next door, so you don't hear nearby guests. A deck and small fire pit area are perfect for spending time in the serene mountain environment outdoors on the property. BYO firewood.

DOG ALLERGIES: While we DO allow dogs, please note that our cleaners do their best to clean pet hair and we do our best to maintain a high level of cleanliness, but it is possible some will remain. If you are allergic to dogs or pet dander, this may not be the best property for you.

PETS: Booking with pets: A nonrefundable pet deposit assessed when booking for up to 2 pets (this is a flat fee of $55, not per night or per dog). You must select the number of pets in the same place you select the number of guests. If you forget to include your pet in the booking-no worries, I can amend the booking for you.
Pets under 50 lbs. are allowed to stay on the property with the following conditions:
- No pets on the furniture
- No pets in the hot tub
- Pets must be tick & flea-free
- Pets must be crated (not provided) when unattended at property
- Pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be disposed of properly

HOT TUB: In accordance with our commitment to excellence and the Sevier County Health Department, the hot tub is cleaned and treated prior to each arrival. It runs continuously to remain heated. Please leave the cover on when not using it to keep the heat in and to help it warm up faster on the day of cleaning.

PIGEON FORGE INFO: There is a composting facility located nearby that can at times create an odor that affects the surrounding area as far away as the Parkway & Dollywood. It is generally not a significant issue, but it does occasionally occur, unfortunately. The occurrence cannot be predicted, and is dependent on multiple factors, including wind/weather conditions, time of year or day, and what the city is doing at the facility at any given time.

VISITS TO THE GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK: Effective March of 2023 The National Park Service is requiring a parking pass for all vehicles entering the park and plan on parking for more than 15 minutes in any one spot. Passes can be obtained online on the park's website.

BEARS/CRITTERS: The Smokies are home to many animals, including having the largest black bear populations in the east. You may come in contact with a bear during your visit. While I have never had a guest see a bear at this property, they have been seen up the road. Please lock your car and cabin doors and place trash in the trash can provided. Do not feed a black bear. This is considered baiting and is against the law and may lead to the animal being euthanized. I have primarily seen raccoons, opossums, and cats pass by this cabin.

STARTER PACK: 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 bath bar soap, 1 small dishwashing soap bottle, 1 roll paper towels, 1 packet laundry detergent, 2 packets of dishwashing detergent, and a few K-Cups. There is a shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser in the shower along with body lotion in the dressing area.

***All linens included (sheets, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup wash cloths & kitchen towels) plus a washer and dryer for longer stays.

***The cabin does not have an ice machine due to the increased flooding hazard.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: This is not a requirement but is highly recommended. Travel insurance can protect you if someone in your party becomes sick, from natural disasters, and other unforeseen events, depending on your policy. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin, outdoor deck, and firepit. Private parking for 2 vehicles. They will also have access to a Mt. LeConte viewing platform up the hill from the cabin in Ridgetop Resort and all resort roads. Other things to note:

CAMERA-There is a camera located at the front door that records audio and visual at all times.
