The only redeeming quality of this hotel, is that itâs about a 10 minute drive from Dollywood, & the view of the mountains is pleasant.
The entrance can be extremely difficult to get in & out of if traffic on the main road is bad.
And when we arrived, we walked into the room we booked was dirty⊠really dirty! So we had to wait a little while, to get another room.
And when we got our new room, our new room keys didnât work all the time. So we went to the front desk to get new ones, & those didnât work consistently either.
The breakfast was lack luster, & honestly salty. And the breakfast area was so bland & outdated. Honestly, you could find more cheer in a graveyard! The whole place is outdated & dirty!
The elevators are run down, all of the carpets in the building are smelly & dirty, our AC barely worked, running with bulls would be easier than getting new towels, & the new tiny towels we finally got, were dirty.
We didnât get in either pool out of fear of turning into the creature from the black lagoon. Because each pool area was uniquely disgusting.
You better have good cell service, because the Wi-Fi was basically nonexistent. We could only be on it for maybe 10 minutes at a time before it randomly cut out. And weâd have to connect, & reconnect all the time.
After going out several times, each time we returned to discover that our room was never cleaned.
Needless to say, but if we ever come back to Pigeon Forge, weâre never going back to Vista Sours.
