This one has both, plus an indoor pool, a full arcade wing, a pool table, and enough bunk beds to make your whole group chat happy — because in the Smokies, "go big or go home" is basically a zoning requirement, and this house took the memo seriously.

Start with the numbers: 10 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, nearly 6,800 square feet, and sleeping for up to 27. Five of the bedrooms are outfitted with king beds, three are themed Twin XL bunk rooms built for the kids (or the kids at heart), one king room hides a built-in cabin-style queen for extra sleeping space, and another bunk room pairs a queen with a twin. However your crew splits up, there's a bed — and probably a theme — for everyone.

Then there’s the arcade wing. Tucked alongside two more king bedrooms and a full bath, it’s stocked with a two-player Halo machine, a single-seat racing game, and a vintage multicade loaded with dozens of classics, so the “just one more game” argument could realistically go on for days. The game room coffee table now adds even more options with an Infinity Table-style multicade screen, where guests can play favorites like Monopoly, Battleship, Sorry, and other digital board games.

Downstairs, the home theater seats 18 in full-size theater chairs, with a sound and screen setup built to make movie night feel like an event. Three more king bedrooms and a twin-over-queen bunkroom round out this level, so nobody has to trek far after the credits roll.

Step outside and the mountain does the rest of the talking. The upper balcony off the arcade looks straight out over the ridgeline, while the lower patio is built for lingering — a 6-person hot tub, a grill, an outdoor table with a built-in fire centerpiece, and an octagon fire pit ringed with rocking chairs for the kind of nights that turn into "just five more minutes" three times over.

Tucked into a quiet, rural pocket of Pigeon Forge, It’s Got It All Y’all gives you the best of both worlds: real mountain peace and quick access to everything the Smokies are known for. The Island — with its shops, restaurants, and the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel — is about 8 minutes away. Dollywood and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Gatlinburg are each roughly 20 minutes out, and the Tanger Outlets are just 10 minutes down the road for whatever you forgot to pack. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are all close by too, so the only real planning required is deciding who gets dibs on the arcade first.
