The kitchen also includes a bar island with seating for several guests, seamlessly connecting to the adjacent dining area that comfortably accommodates six people. All necessary pots, pans, glassware, dishes, silverware, and more are provided for your convenience!

Complimentary "starter" supplies of toiletries, paper goods, and coffee are provided. [Note that you may need to buy more supplies during your stay.] We also supply linens, towels, hair dryers, an iron, ironing board, WiFi, Cable TV, central air conditioning and as well as a brand new combo washer-dryer in the unit. For families with young children, we have a Pack-N-Play, chair-mounted high chair, and plastic ware for the little ones.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have the entire condo and enjoy access to all community amenities. The pools require the pool pass, provided in the unit.

The community does not allow any pets.
No parties are allowed.
Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping is allowed.
Building quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM.
Adult on the reservation must be present.

FOR WINTER TRAVELERS:

If you're planning to visit between November 1st and March 31st, we recommend an AWD or 4-wheel drive vehicle, or bringing snow chains for a 2-wheel drive, especially if you plan to go into higher elevations during your stay. The condo is located right off the main road, The Parkway, but there is a hill to enter and exit the condo community.
