Pemberley Manor, free tickets, no catch!

Pemberley Manor is a 7 bedroom/7.5 bathroom cabin located inside our Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Pemberley Manor has 3 levels and is 4700 square feet (plus deck space). This cabin will sleep a total of 30 guests and has parking for approximately 5 vehicles, with additional parking available in the Resort. Come relax in Pemberley Manor while you enjoy that beautiful view from the privacy of your own hot tub! You won't be disappointed...

Main Level

Pemberley Manor has 6 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This level features an open air common space with the dining area, kitchen, and living room. The dining table seats 14 comfortably, with additional seating for 6 at the breakfast bar and 4 at a high top table. Off of the dining room you will find the half bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with two side by side refrigerators (with icemakers), two glass top stoves, two ovens, two microwaves, and two dishwashers. Other items provided in the kitchen are two coffee pots, a blender, a toaster, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 30 guests.

Pemberley Manor's living room is the perfect place on this level to gather and enjoy each other's company. The living room is also where you will find the first of 2 sleeper sofas. Watch the big game on the large flat screen TV or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace, regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in Pemberley Manor.

The main level is also where you will find the first of seven bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed only from the bedroom, features a walk in shower.

The main level deck of Pemberley Manor is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the gorgeous view! Here you will find an extra-large picnic table, two natural gas grills (standard grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen), and plenty of rocking chairs.

Upper Level

When you get to the top of the stairs you will find yourself in the huge game room with floor to ceiling windows big enough to enjoy the view. The game room features a pool table, two arcade machines, a foosball table, a large flat screen TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. The second sleeper sofa is also in the game room.

The upper level also features three more of the seven bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom features two queen size bunk beds and a flat screen TV. The
bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or the game room, features a shower/tub combo.

The second bedroom features two queen size bunk beds and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only,
which features a shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom on the upper level features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The private bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom only,
features a walk in shower.

Lower Level

Head down stairs to find the last three of seven bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as our favorite room - the private home movie theater! The theater room
features stadium seating for 15, a Blu-Ray player and surround sound. Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a big hit!

The first bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which
features a walk in shower.

The second bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which
features a walk in shower.

The third bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which
features a shower/tub combo.

Under the staircase on this level there is a closet with the washer and dryer.

Last, but certainly not least, is the lower level deck, offering the ultimate in relaxation! The lower level deck features an extra-large hot tub, a
private sauna, a natural gas fire pit, a flat screen TV, and plenty of rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful mountains.

Each TV (including the theater room) has Charter Cable.
There is FREE high speed, wireless internet in this cabin.
Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), The Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern
to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

The Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
