Heritage Hills Luxury Pigeon Forge Cabin with a indoor Heated private Pool, unit 850 Blue Bear Splash, is located just one mile from downtown Pigeon Forge, three miles from Dollywood, and has amazing views overlooking the Dixie Stampede and the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. This beautiful 4-bedroom 4 bath log cabin features an indoor swimming pool, pool table, cocktail game table, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and everything you would need to create the perfect Smoky Mountain Getaway. As you enter this brand-new cabin you are greeted with hardwood throughout the entire cabin and a fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is a large dining room table with dining for 8, and a fully furnished living room with a stone encased year-round electric fireplace, and a 65-inch flat screen smart TV. Just off the living room there is a private indoor swimming pool that is exclusive for this property and offering views overlooking downtown Pigeon Forge and Dolly Parton's Stampede. There are two bedrooms off the main level, each with a king size bed, private bathroom, and a 40-inch flat screen TV. When you go upstairs you enter the game room loft area that has a pool table, cocktail style arcade machine, and a 50-inch flat screen TV. On either side of the game room are the two additional bedrooms. On features a king size bed, private bathroom, and a 40-inch flat screen TV. The other bedroom offers a set of queen size bunk beds, private bath, and a 40-inch flat screen TV. When you are not inside enjoying everything that the cabin offers, you can step out on the deck and use the gas grill to cook out with family, or soak away your worries in the hot tub. Unit 850 Blue Bear Splash definitely has everything a family would need to create memories that will last a lifetime. Come enjoy the 24 hour view this cabin offers. Dogs are welcome but must be under 35 lbs and additional fees apply and must follow Fireside Chalets pet policies. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. No Smoking. Wi-Fi included. Sleeps 12

The cabin was beautiful and clean just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our grandchildren were with us and they are 5 years old and they were entertained by the pac man game upstairs and Candyland board game and of course they loved the pool. I enjoyed the hot tub myself lol. I definitely would recommend this cabin. Communication was great with the host.

Family Vacation

The property was perfect! Convenient location to all attractions. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Clingmans Dome, Smokey Mountain National Park and so much more. Enjoyed our time. Cabin matched the pictures perfectly check in was easy. Will be back this fall!

Great Llcation

The online description is perfect! We had 8 adults and 1 toddler in our party. The space was very adequate for all of us. The living room and kitchen being open made it easier to sit and communicate as the living room furniture is not enough for that party size. Love the alarm on the pool door! We only used the pool once but if we had more children it would have been used more. The hot tub was used by one couple and enjoyable. The larger bedroom downstairs had a large dip in the mattress and would recommend replacing. No complaints for the other beds. Parking was a little tight for a full size truck, Tahoe and a small car. However, they were building another cabin next door so that may change when they finish. Confirmation leading up to checking in was excellent. I loved the constant contact and reassurance. Also-our cabin was ready early. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect!

Decent Place to Stay for Short Weekend

The house was nice, but not very clean. The bedding also wasn’t clean and felt uncomfortable sleeping in one of the beds when we noticed a stain that hadn’t been changed. It was fine for a short weekend but wouldn’t recommend staying there any longer.

Great cabin with awesome location!!!

This cabin is great! Our kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. This cabin looked to be newly built. Huge bonus for having a full bathroom in each bedroom. The location is awesome as well. Only a minute from the main strip in Pigeon Forge. The only thing I would have changed would be the side of the cabin the hot tub was built on. It looks directly at the neighbors hot tub but otherwise a 10/10!

Spacious, beautiful cabin with everything you could need. Beds were very soft. TVs in each bedroom. Nice large table for dining. Indoor pool located just off living room with keypad locked door that chimes when opened for safety and heated to perfect 80 degrees. Hot tub located on deck adjacent to neighbors deck and hot tub. Views of other cabins and the main strip, Dolly Parton’s Stampede.

Late check in /screws and nails in the bed

This is the 1st time I’ve even booked with VRBO that the rental company called to go back over all my info again. And then email me to go over it and resubmit everything again. The check in time was supposed to be at 4 PM at the cabin was not ready. I literally did not have an address of where I was going until after 4pm. Thank goodness I live within the state and visit the area often or I would have been a lost tourist with cold groceries ruining! Overall the cabin was clean. One bathroom did have the top of a razor stuck around the shower rim. A screw was found underneath the sheets in one bed, and a nail in another room. Big safety issue!!! There was plenty of space. The location was great and it was nice having the pool. But due to the check-in hassle.And finding the above listed items. Not sure I would be inclined to book again.

Convenient to Dollywood

This was a lovely cabin that was perfect for our family of 7. The cabin sleeps more but the living area seating would be challenged with a party of 10 -12. We found the beds to be very comfy. The showers had poor water pressure was our only real complaint. Other than that, it was great fit for is. We would rent again.

Stay in or Go Out

This place is in a perfect spot to hit most of the tourist things in Pigeon Forge, within miles from the house. However, if you want to stay inside, there is plenty to do and room to do it. With the pool, hot tub, game area in the loft and a large kitchen table, we were able to stay in with 11 of us, comfortably. We loved that each room had its own bathroom and that they were each private. Just be aware there is more traffic than we expected in Pigeon Forge. So give yourself time to and from the house. Internet was great, cell coverage was great and the pool was perfect for our family!
